Well, im pretty sure I do. Ive never been diagnosed, but im working on starting to get one. It would explain so much of my life, and everything I read about it I can relate to. I just need that official yes I have it.
So now what? What do I do with this information now that I know? Or once I get diagnosed? What does this mean for me? |

If you do have it and want to learn to manage it, you commit yourself to DBT Therapy.

Just bumping this. My therapist agreed that I have borderline personality disorder. I'll be starting a DBT group next week.
