TW…..
Here is a new one. My new therapist believes that my therapist in the 90s was really a cult leader. I am so done with other professionals talking down about my previous therapist. Don’t get me wrong because she was power hungry abusive ***** that has and still does use her power to abuse people and me. I am 70 and I think I just need to get drunk every night. Therapy is a cost wasting (250k already wasted) energy draining and time consuming idea. Then if you get the bad apples you are getting more traumatized and hurt. I have no answers.

^I agree and have had neutral results at best and traumatizing incidents at worst too. I’m sorry your long journey has been so difficult. Don’t get drunk, though. That only makes things worse.

I'm sorry that you have been traumatised by therapists. I have also. I have found too many bad apples. I agree - don't get drunk, that will make it worse.
