hey there,
i am diagnosed with CPTSD and BPD symptoms, and really struggling with being dumped.
I've been dumped 4 times in 2 years, the last time was the most devastating after 3 months of dating because he couldn't "contain" me (I was sad one day and he just didn't want to deal with it although all I sad to him was that I'm a little sad, yeah he is an *****)
but still
I miss him
I feel lost without him
feel like I'll never be happy again like I was with him.
feel like I'm nothing when I'm not in a relationship.
does it happen to you?
how do you cope?

Dear playdate,

I am so sorry you are in that situation. When I am not in a relationship I am not only sad but terrified and have panic attacks. These Forums have helped me a lot to keep human contact but being alone is still very scary. I used to have a pet rabbit and that helped me a lot. So sorry I do not know how to be helpful to you. I sure hope you find something that helps!

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen
