I have created a safety plan by adding positive quotes when I feel really awful and who to give anything that I don't feel safe with and I have a couple of people who I know to contact for help.

I have just realised @Willowtigger is not here.
I guess her kitty passed away. I didn’t want to read about it because I feel triggered reading about the loss of pets. And I know how much she cares about that kitty. I’m sorry she is not here with us. Hope she is well and come with us.
