I pissed off a friend and kinda terrified her with an anger outburst and she’s ignoring me. Every time I look at my texts or voicemails I get ridiculously upset and honestly suicidal when I don’t see her name up there. I loved the shyt outta her and now she fking hates me.

I’m thinking about it now and honestly want to off myself. Idk if this post is allowed they’ll probably censor me for some bs reason, but this is helping me not act on it right now.

Idk how to cope with these feelings when they show up. Right now it’s like I’m making an attempt every month and everyone is getting sick of my shyt.

I doubt she hates you. It’s likely that she exercises self care by keeping her distance. I’d give her space. Apologize for your behavior and then step back. She’ll come around.

If you attempt monthly, It might be time to check yourself in the hospital.

I literally have like 30 hospitalizations under my belt. If it were helpful, wouldn’t I NOT need another 30???

I apologized but she still hasn’t responded to anything I’ve texted and she won’t answer my calls. Asshole.

Flipping out and getting angry with people isn't that uncommon and neither is putting distance between people, which is what has happened here. Rather than off yourself just put effort into keeping a lid on the outbursts. Love hurts, yes, and so does being yelled at. It's just the way it is.

Give her space. She deserves some space. It doesn’t make her an a$$hole
