Hi y'all. You can call me Jessie if you want. But my handle is jmariah001. I was recently diagnosed with BPD. It was a big surprise to me. I'm not new to the site. Matter of fact I didn't post much before. I was a member of the bipolar thread. I thought I was bipolar. It turns out I'm both. Go figure. I can see why the assessment person thinks I have it. I meet a lot of the criteria. I will be posting on the borderline personality thread from time to time. I promise I will post more. I like to support people. Anyways it's nice to meet you all. See you all on the threads.

Hope you find it helpful here!! C-PTSD has shared traits with BPD. But, I don't think it's in the DSM-5 yet. Maybe you have that and not BPD? Who diagnosed you? |

A psychologist diagnosed me after a bunch of tests. Thank you for the welcome.
