It's day 3! Not much, but it's a start!
I have a list of healthy food picked out for when I go grocery shopping Thursday. My therapist is a little concerned about my weight loss and weight obsession. But the point is, I finally was able to see her today after 2 months of not having a counselor, I think seeing her will make a big difference. It's hard recovering with no support, that could be part of why I relapsed a few months ago. I see her again in 2 weeks plus I see my doctor next week. Time to get a roll on recovery!

I'm amazed at everyones progress....should get on that bandwagon myself It's a slippery slope between no b/p and restriction though for me...I know many others know this as true also...
