Yay, made it past 8 days onto day 9! I'm so glad I broke that 8 day record. It kept feeling like a hurdle. I did indulge in some candy the neighbor girl brings every year. But I didn't keep track of calories. What the heck, it's Christmas season.
 Hopefully I won't indulge today, but as long as I don't binge, I won't purge. Happy Holidays everyone. <3 |

10 days! I did eat more candy and cookies and whole eggs today. But I didn't purge or take lax. I'm still thinking about food way too much, and I worry that these past 2 days of eating when I want instead of more scheduled is back to my old ways. It is honestly too soon for me to drop my guard and start thinking I am fine. I really came close to purging those sweets. It called to me,"But it's so easy, and you can always start over." But it was really hard to get to day 8. And now I'm on Day 10! This is not an easy process folks.

Made it 12 days. Onto day 13. Feeling like I shouldn't post every day. Or maybe post in BED, and on here only if I mess up. It still feels like a reward to post the accomplishment though.Overate again on day 12, but according to calories didn't meat my daily limit by a few hundred. No purging. I think I'll start posting in 'Daily Check in Thread' in 'Binge Eating and Overeating'. I think that's my issue recently. If I don't do that, I won't purge.
