Bulimia Hope - Bulimia Treatment and Recovery

Bulimiahope.com

I am trying the 7 day challenge. You get an email everyday with tasks to do.
This is the day one email I received this morning.

Starting Strong!
7 Day Bulimia Stabilizer Challenge

By now you have : * Got a brand new & personalized Notebook to write on
* Printed & has STARTED keeping your 48hour CURRENT PATTERNS Log sheet x 2
* Decided on the Realistic change(s) to your bulimic ways -- so you will know just what to measure at the end of our 7 day challenge ..&
* Have Embraced a CAN-DO attitude.
If you haven't ...why not? *Smiles* ..OK make sure you are on top of each tasks .. as they will come at you and you DO need to follow as much as you possibly can .
Needless to say, the more you commit to doing, the more positive and progressive changes you can expect to see , even after just 7 days of intense MOMENTUM.

Tasks For Day 1

Dream BIG ! " What you want to do, & what you CAN do, is limited only by what you can dream", said Mike Melville! And I happen to agree.

Task 1: Rewriting your Script- The CBT way!

Lets start with an example. On your Left, I have re-written the inspirational words to replace what Bulimia may mean ti you now. This is just example of some words..that could be the words you can assume and adopt as the NEW YOU! Before tomorrow I want you to do that to YOUR OWN NAME .. it could be your nick name.. doesn't matter. It just got to be a name that YOU rather use for the new IDENTITY OF YOU! Make it positive inspirational, and uplifting ..and the words and qualities that you'd rather be , in the absence of bulimic ways -- if you like, make it very tactile experience! Get the colours out! Decorate your new name meaning and hang it some place where you will see it every day as a positive influence to aspire to.

Task 2: Daily Hypnosis to relax & empower you
As part of our 7 Day Bulimia Stabilizer Challenge, here is your free 30 minute Suggestive Hypnotherapy recording I have done for you. Link is below http://www.bulimiahope.com/?attachment_id=495
Go ahead and download it as MP3 on to your music system, so you can start listening tonight! As of tonight you will listen to this as the very last thing you do at night. ..so your subconscious mind can get to work, and result in a peaceful, calmer version of your self with less anxiety so you can take on the next day's events, people interactions, challenges, as well as your own bulimic thoughts, feelings and behaviours more positively !
The more you are receptive, emotionally - the better this subliminal programming can work for you.. so trust in the process..and get used to the soothing voice... the words...and the meaning ! Avoid trying to actively listen, when awake..just let it allow you to wash over you ..and sleep better!
Happy listening!

With warmest wishes
Vathani

Looking for safety, protection, being cherished and loved can often be normal unmet needs in childhood, and the survivor searches for these in other adults. This can be where survivors search for mother and father figures. Transference issues in counseling can occur and this is normal for childhood abuse survivors.
