Really bad Bulimia outbreak this past weekend and since Monday I am hungry all the time! Starving actually. I have been eating something small(nutritious) almost every hour(Greek Yogurt, peach, plum, egg whites, nuts, carrots, cucumbers) to try and keep it under control and not to ruin my diet.

I do not even think it is a true hunger. It is a need to fill something that is missing.

Congratulations on choosing nutritious foods. Sounds like you are doing a good job.
Could be boredom maybe. I know sometimes that gets me to wanting to eat when I'm not really hungry.

It could be a combination of physical and emotional hunger. It could be one or the other. Really hard to tell. It's hard to experiment with physical hunger when there's the risk of relapse.

I get exactly the same after a huge episode.. it's so hard trying to maintain a 'normal' appetite when the stomach is used to such huge amounts of food. When I'm trying really hard to do well, I just eat mostly healthy protein filled foods to try curb the hunger as much as possible. I'm not as recovered/recovering as I'd like to be though unfortunately
