This has got to be one of my worst weeks. Not only have i been b/p-ing almost every day in the week, the no. of times that i b/p in a day is increasing. Today I binged and purged four times. I used to only do it at most thrice a day. I feel like I'm not even trying to stop anymore. God I hate this feeling of powerlessness.

Day 4 today! As long as I feel good intrinsically, like I feel like I am good enough despite what I may think of myself or what others' might think of me, I don't binge/purge. It is quite amazing how relinquishing control over others' opinion of yourself can lead to more control/power over your life.

How do u stay off bingeing/purging?

That is great, sadly I'm back to 2 days again...and hmmm that's a bit of a tough question for me,I guess some of it is willpower, some of it is help from the people around me and some is allowing myself to be rational about what I'm eating and that it is necessary. That's the best I can answer that right now.

Are you attempting recovery right now?

Yes.. recovering from depression too; guess I just want to reestablish some form of control over my life, learn to love myself by not b/p-ing, reckon this 'll help in recovering from depression. It's day 10 today

Hope u are well.
