For me the Christmas holidays have seemed like one long b/p cycle that's gone on for about a fortnight now. Usually I b/p about twice a day but at the moment I am constantly going from one to the other and I don't know how to stop. Is anyone able to control this? How do I stop? My body feels worn out from this constant cycle and I know I'm not doing my health any long term favours. I go back to work on Tuesday so I have to be able to control it by then. Maybe the return of my routine will sort things out?

I really don't know how to advise you on this. I think that right now it is going to take a whole lot of will power unless you have a T to talk to. You really need to keep your strength up by eating so I hope you can figure this out.
