I feel completely messed up today! I don't know what to do. I have had a sick day to catch up on work but I can't make myself do it. I have an impending deadline and I am wasting my time...and that's triggered me like crazy.
I tried...Once I realised I was in danger of self-destructing...I messaged my psych in a convoluted way...reaching out...kind of, but it was weak...I'm not good at asking for help and letting people in. Anyway, I feel completely overwhelmed with anxiety and I don't know what to do. I'm just reminding myself that the feeling will pass and it's going to be ok. It's just so lonely. I've already slipped today...binging and purging... I've wasted my whole day!!! Currently just trying anything to help me feel better ![]() |

Feeling a bit better today. Managed to do some work and not feel too much like a failure.
I am proud of myself because I knew I was being triggered and I sort help. Usually I don't realise what is happening and I just allow myself to spiral out of control. |
