I am at like 75 days without bingeing or purging. Now I feel like not eating for several days when I eat something and feel guilty about it. Because of a really tight budget some months I've been left with like nothing not even a cracker to eat so I tend to barely eat the last week if the month and the not eat at all for like 3 or 4 days.

I want to lose more weight so bad. I'm obsessed with it, and now I'm afraid to eat because I'm afraid of gaining weight.

Is it necessarily bad to only eat like a few times a week?

You need to eat eat least a few things a day if you can. Food gives energy and when you dont have any energy in your system you become lethargic. Also the wrong foods (unhealthy) will make you feel that way

If you go through starvation periods, it will affect your potential for weight loss in a negative way. Your metabolism will slow down and when you do eat your body will try to hold onto everything in anticipation for another starvation period. By not eating regularly, you will make weight gain more likely to occur.

Try to eat regularly, every 3-4 hours ish, even if it's something small like a piece of fruit and a yogurt. It will keep your metabolism running healthier in the long run.

Yes, it's bad. When you don't eat protein, your body resorts to consuming your own muscle tissue. And then weight loss stops because your body recognizes that it's starving.

Sounds like restrictive behaviors. I struggle with those too
