-Arts an crafts
-Listen to music

Well, I know knitting can be pretty absorbing - as are good books! Is there anything you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet? Now might be a good time!

Hello, Princesscookie19. I do not suffer from bulimia. I do suffer from "disordered eating."
This is not an answer to your question, but it might at least be thought-provoking to investigate the endocrine/hormonal dimensions of bulimia.

The material there might indirectly suggest something to you compatible with your own experience.
