Hey guys :wavehelllo: It's Thanksgiving and I'm not sure that my computer will be working again. Let us Hope....
No Dissociative Disorders Tonight.....  For something to do to stay grounded tonight take this box and here, take it open it and what is inside. Maybe you can write about what you found! Use your grounding Skills which you can find information about Grounding yourself in the P.T.S.D. Forum in the "sticky notes." Hang in there and we'll see you next week if not before. Later, Crew  !
