well im home from the hospital and feeling well enough to resume chat... i so so appreciate y'all for hanging in there with me. its been a loooong couple of weeks but this tough old bird has some life in her yet LOL

Chat will be today at noon. our topic today is Fear again. so many of us live in fear. fear is a heavy load to bear and we all have our fears. some can paralyze us and others cause distress and anxiety.
i would like y'all to share your fears and we will chat about how to cope with them.

the Spiritual journey can be fearful too. so much of it is the "great Unknown" and that in itself can be fearful. if we can learn to identify and then cope with our fears we will be better prepared to face the fears we can experience along the Spiritual Journey.

Please stop by and listen...share... and perhaps learn a little more about yourself which is definitely a part of Growth and that growth and self awareness is all part of our Journey.

Peace
Blessings
