Greetings my Friends!
Spirituality simply means the cultivation of one’s spirit – the study of what is invisible – the spirit.

The definition of spirituality is much looser. There are not hard-and-fast rules about what to do or what not to do.

Spiritual practices include reading, meditation, prayer, channeling, offerings, acts of service, journaling and many others – and religions include these as well. However, spirituality does not fit into a religious ‘mold’ and is more fluid and self-directed.
