Greetings my Friends!!
First of all although I DID post a new thread here regarding last Saturday's Topic it either didn't come together Here or my dang old pc tried but did Not succeed. LOL I almost Always double check and of course forgot.
The link for last week~ a short but interesting read~ was;
Relationships, Mirrors and Victim Mentality*?

For the next few chats I want to really EXPLORE the ideas of "Un-Learning"
We have discussed in past chats the "old tapes " in our heads. Things we have been taught about ourselves~ that we believe and that we sort of re-play over and over in our heads, sometimes for our entire lives.
We have also chatted about the "messages" we get from other sources like the media, school, the internet really pretty much EveryWhere we look and/or listen. All of these things mold our ideas of ourSELF but a lot of what we learn seems to be just that "book cover" that that we need to look beneath.

From a Spiritual point of view we Journey WithIn and this tends to begin with "Un-Learning" a lot of judgmental surface concepts about WHO we believe ourSELF....
really IS.

Learning and Unlearning: A Journey of Self-Acceptance

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
