G'day Mates!
I found an article that I thought I would share for those who are new to this chat ~ and our "regulars". It speaks well of the Spiritual Journey.
NOTE: My own Personal opinion is that we are ALL on a Spiritual Journey this EarthWalk from the moment we draw our first breath~ it just takes each of us our own time/events to be Aware of it.

Ok That being "said" We have been chatting about Self-Worth. It can truly be a stinker for us. From there I think our next Topic sort of "Flows"
I Love the Simplicity of the steps in the second link. And perhaps learning one day~ with mindfulness~ to make each moment a sort of "walking" meditation.
