Greetings!!!

Last week we began discussing Mindful Self-Compassion. I wish to continue with this Topic as we did not quite get through ALL the recommended "steps"
How to Practice Mindful Self-Compassion: 6 Life-Changing Steps ? LonerWolf

ALSO I would like to add a couple of links about "old Tapes" and "Self-Talk" both can definitely derail Self-Compassion!! I personally am currently "shifting" my wording when I am talking to mySelf or when I am thinking in ANY kind of judgmental way whether it is towards mySelf, another person or even a situation. OH!! and judging my judging is right up there on my list!!!
