Inevitably, problems will arise when a number of people gather together in chat. Like everywhere in our community, the community guidelines always apply:

http://forums.psychcentral.com/rules...-1-2012-a.html

We do not mediate or get involved in interpersonal disputes. If you have a problem you can't resolve with another member, I suggest you place them on your Ignore list while in chat too.

However, if you do find another member repeatedly violating our community guidelines while in chat, you can report that behavior to us so we know about it and can take action.

Simply PM (private message) any community support team member with the name of the room, the member(s) involved, date and time of the incident, and we'll look into it.

You can find the community support team names here, along with a convenient PM button. An administrator is probably best to report chat issues to:

Forums at Psych Central - Show Groups

Thank you for your support of the Psych Central community.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
