Guess I will just try next week. I tried to open our room (and Did as far as I could tell) then after 10 minutes logged out and tried a second time as well.
AND during this past 20 minutes (opened up early) I have had to make a dash or two to the restroom. YUK...

i like your idea of setting the alarm on my cell phone... IF i remember to plug it in .... it would be helpful to me if you would piggy-back one week's reminder onto the last week (as others have done) so the topic is ongoing (rather than searching for every announcement.

some days things are just not meant to happen. i have had to learn that.

Ithink it would help to have two people for the group for the first ten minutes. one to scout the rooms and remind them and another minding the open room. when all have been announced to, the scout can join the greeter or retire

that would be ideal. I think.
