Reminder about tonight's chat! Can't wait to see you all there. We do an open forum discussion with a topic of sharing your tips and secrets for getting through the work day/week when you are symptomatic (showing symptoms of your disorder).

See you tonight!

Great chat last week y'all! This Wednesday we will discuss how to deal with passive aggressive people in the workplace. And as usual we will do a check in and troubleshoot any recent problems people are having.

See you Wednesday!

Can't wait to see you all tonight. Tonight I thought we might talk about toxic bosses. I was reading this article today and I thought it might be a good subject. I know we have all had our fair share of toxic bosses and they have affected us greatly. Come share your stories and coping strategies. Or just come and vent about how it sucks to work over the holidays!

See you tonight!

Great chat last night, everyone!

Next Wednesday, I thought we could discuss the topic of how you talk about your MI in the workplace in terms of: to disclose or not disclose; how do you handle sick days you need because of your MI; dealing with taking off for doctor's appointments; questions from co-workers, etc...

And of course, as always, we will have time to address specific problems and trouble shooting people may need for situations happening at work or school.

See you Wednesday!

Hey y'all, don't forget to come by chat tonight and join in the chat about working with a mental health disorder. Ask questions, give support, or just vent about your crummy boss. We're here to support each other and help each other through the work day.

It's open chat but we will start with an open-ended question of how we deal with explaining gaps in work history due to MI and medical leave or PTO taken because of MI.

See you tonight!
