[The Six Pillars of Self Esteem
The entire audio book read by the author available on youtube:

The Six Pillars are:

The Practice of Living Consciously
The Practice of Self-Acceptance
The Practice of Self-Responsibility
The Practice of Self-Assertiveness
The Practice of Living Purposefully
The Practice of Personal Integrity]

i was talking with my cousin about the inability to feel socially engaged, accepted and worthy; and this caught my eye. i feel it is fundamental to rebuilding oneself, in which i believe entirely.

Could not agree more;the author is brilliant on this subject.
Another of his books is "Honoring The Self" by Nathaniel
Branden.

I added this to my YouTube "Watch Later" list. Hopefully I'll get around to actually listening to it!
