to find it is a clip of my mothers voice asking if I'm dead yet, and some sounds of guns in the background

what a sick, sick,. woman

she wrote to me again today telling me the guns were sounds she'd found on youtube

felt really triggered last night, and guess I am a little today too

I agree that your mother is a sick woman and I think it's high time you block her and keep her out of your life.

PS, send her an email back and tell her you LOVED her song because you thought the gun shots meant SHE WAS BEING WIPED OUT, which is music to YOUR ears. After that block her and don't open any more of her emails, just hit the delete button and as you do hit that button, say "bang bang" gone.

lol I should probably send that email, but I don't think I'll be too popular for it. hahhaa

((raging vortex)), I understand what you mean. People who are mean and selfish like this do tend to seem to be ahead in a way because of the twisted way they think. It can be a challenge when you are a person who doesn't think up these kind of twisted attacks, it tends to challenge me as well as my own mind simply doesn't work this way. It's important that you make every effort to reduce your exposure to her, she is "poison" and you need to heal and develop healthy coping skills and you deserve that.
