I wrote an apology to my inner child for all the emotional pain i was currently in. I showed my inner child compassion.

I made a bacon sandwich, then took the bacon out of bread and had the bacon and the bread on their own!

I'm eating sour mix-up gummies. My favorite is the gummy worms.

I am trying to decide if, for christmas, I want another go at getting the baby doll

first time didn't really work out, since the one someone got for me wasn't really much.. she had a pacifier and that was about all.

I think I do want to try again... I really think I'll feel comforted by having all the baby items around me

I have always loved a good toy store. There were some beautiful ones in the big city I used to live in. They were old-fashioned, family owned, and they carried stuff the big chain stores never had in stock; like beautiful stuffed animals from Europe, for instance---model kits---games you never saw anywhere else---great wooden puzzles, etc.

I would just love spending an entire afternoon in a place like that, again. Wanna come with me?

Today, I'll settle for a bit of chocolate candy, before I do my grown-up chores.

My T suggested that my inner children look at the beautiful leaves outside, and maybe pick up a few and place them in baggies. So, I promised them that we would do that this Friday, between the time I am getting lab work done and the time I need to get a flu shot. I will likely spend about an hour or more outside - I'm walking around 5:30 to 6 a.m. to the VA from my apartment only 1.5 miles away. After my labs, I'll have some time to walk around until the Women's Clinic opens up around 8 a.m. for my scheduled flu jab. Then I'll have more time to walk around until about 9:30 a.m., when my ride (my new friend) shows up to take me to the offsite Moderna Booster Vaccine Clinic. Then, I'll finally come home with hopefully some bagged fall leaves, since the littles wanted to show our T during our video session. The leaves will be bagged in baggies, so we could wash the outside of the baggies with Clorox wipes. I'm really a germaphobe, but the littles inside are not.

It's strange having different parts of self - and then learning how to play from the younger parts of self.

I have been trying to do my own skill on alexa.

it's been a lot of fun so far, it's a quiz on childhood and if you can care for yourself.

I love writing the questions. it makes me smile.

I'm also going to find a copy of room on the broom, and get my alexa to read it to me now I know how to do it

We weren't able to pick up leaves, but we took some photos and will eventually do something tonight and tomorrow for Halloween.

I've been taping any Pixar-type animated kid's movies that I can find. I have always loved them ever since I went with my niece to the first Toy Story movie.

I just saw The Nut Job last week, for the first time, and loved it.

what did you do today for your inner child?
