i threw my healthy eating out the window and bought three kinds of processed snacks!

i also have started watching this youtube channel called songs for littles. the woman teacher is so positive and warm. my caregiver growing up did not know how to be anything of those things and that left a void. i am hoping these videos will help my inner child get what it should have gotten a long time ago. it's never too late!

I slurped soup last night and it was wonderful. Today, I indulged in a thick slice of apple bread, and it was fantastic, I stretched it out as long as I could, and reveled in its wonderful texture and sweetness.

I went to reclaim my inner children, and brought them home to live with me.

Meaning, I completed the first phase of the John Bradshaw inner child process (Homecoming). Cried buckets.

As recommended in the program, I'm planning a homecoming party for this weekend hosted by my teenage self. It will be me, and my kitties, and one friend who is aware of the process.

In the meanwhile I'm watching Magnum PI episodes. Tom Selleck was my teenage crush
