I played some music in the middle of the day and sent a text to my partner telling him I missed him. This is important for me since I feel like when I was a young child, I felt much safer expressing my emotions
 Now that I'm off work, I think I might spend some time reading a novel, listening to joyful music, and writing more in my journal |

oh, well what I've been doing is making up a song about going in a diaper
so far it goes if she needs to pooh, she knows exactly what to do. she needs to let it out, and to do that she needs to go in her diaper, her diaper, her diaper. if she needs a wee, then say this line with me, she needs to go in her diaper, her diaper, her diaper |

I got another baby dolly
this one says mama, dada, and cries when you squeeze her tummy she's cute. I've named her ophelia after shakespeare (I just pressed her tummy and she laughed. awwww!) |

It was 2 days ago, but I found a very cool paintable little puppet/ figure at the Dollar Store, and am excited to get going on it.
I haven't done anything crafty or artistic in a while. It's going to be interesting to see how this goes. |

I baught a baby shark balloon to swim around my room on my birthday
so I'm not actually going to celebrate my birthday, but it's baby shark. how could I possibly say no to that cute underwater creature... |

I wrote an apology letter to myself for the mental and physical abuse I went through. I had validated my inner child for all the pain I have.
