Looking at rock painting on Pinterest. I’m not going to do any though—I already have too many hobbies. I was just thinking the other day that if I could focus on one thing, I might get a lot more done. But then would that be putting all my eggs in one basket?

Watched a bit of the movie steuart little
Unfortunately not much, because I had to go for my dinner, but what I watched was cool. Always enjoyed that movie |

Today I told my counsellor about the blow-out that my wife and I had recently when both of our scared inner children started hurling hurt at each other badly (verbally) and we both ended up in shock and traumatised again. My counsellor helped grown-up me to take back control by helping my terrified inner child to express himself safely and in a non-judgemental way so that he felt able to hand back control to adult me. Man, my counsellor is so good at this!
