I have been listening to fairytales by the brothers grim on alexa

I'm going through them all.. snow white, cinderella, sleeping beauty, hancel and gretel, it's been really relaxing over the last week or so to listen to 1 (sometimes2) a night

they are all audible productions, so professional naration. love it..

(one of them apologized to me last year) i have been consciously rejecting their treatment of me as being their issue, not mine, and separate to who i really am.

i have been looking into the mirror and telling myself how happy i am to see me. and praising myself whenever i feel i have done something good. this might sound a bit nutty but it has really helped me fill some of the void. i used to feel empty inside but it is getting better.

after a lifetime of passively accepting the status quo, to think that i, me, myself, can, even in the slightest way, fix what i feel needs to be fixed...well, it feels amazing and encouraging..it isn't too late.
Good post. Mother did not ask how I was doing either

I am currently obsessed with 2 new children's songs that were played on the radio

one is called, " peekaboo" and is about mummy and daddy trying to find baby and play peekaboo with him

the other one is called, " the baby's done a pooh", which is about..... well, a baby doing a pooh. it's catchy as well
