I sewed a sleeveless Barbie blouse with peplum, but I’m not sure about the fit around the neckline—maybe adding darts on the shoulders would help? I also sewed Velcro for the first time and it was semi-disastrous. I want to try this pattern one more time to see if some little tweaks would help before I give up on it though.
