The good thing is that you have recognized this. That is the first step. One must recognize that something is tje way ut is before they can start thinking about what to do about it.

I was there for way too long too.....& I cried my whole way through my therapy & any time I talked about my past I had to fight back the tears.....that has passed with understanding & healing
