We used to watch Dora the Explorer and Blues Clues!

We miss the Jetsons, He-Man, She-Ra (He-Man's sister). I don't think they show those anymore.

Guess I'm old, as I don't recognize any of those cartoons. That being said, I got out of the habit of watching cartoons on Saturday morning, just to feel nostalgic and like a kid for about an hour.

I'm starting to watch cartoons on Saturday again. I like the old Bugs Bunny and friends cartoons, Tom & Jerry, Sylvester and Tweety Pie, Scooby Doo, Road Runner/Wile E. Coyote. Also Powerpuff Girls, but that's a more "recent" cartoon, relatively speaking.

I never get tired of watching the Wile Coyote try to the Road Runner, Tom trying to catch Jerry, or Sylvester trying to catch Tweety Pie. It's always funny, no matter how many times I've seen it by now. I know the predator's plan will backfire and I know what's going to happen. But they're so funny. I actually LAUGHED this morning at one of them, and it's been so long since I've done that. Not even most sit-coms are that funny, not anymore......

LOL

I love those cartoons, too! I didn't know they were still on television!

I'm 47. I didn't know that the Jetsons, He-Man, and She-Ra were relatively new. LOL Those I watched back in the 1980s. I think the transformers, Smurfs, and other cartoons were also out, but they remade those into movies these days. I like the originals better - but I think that's what all older folk say about remakes.

I love all those cartoons though.

They are hard to find. I used to watch them on Boomerang but don't get that channel anymore. I found Bugs Bunny on ME TV (Memorable Entertainment TV) which shows old programs like that.

I'm 60 and the Jetsons isn't new! It was around when I was a kid, and I don't know if they made a new one or a reboot. If so you either saw the reboot, or they were showing reruns of the 1960's cartoon.

Forgot about Charlie Brown, I loved that cartoon and the books too, as I once had a bunch of them.

Yeah, we "older folk" do like originals better, be it a cartoon, tv series, movie, or song.
