I feel things so deeply and get my feelings hurt very easily. Frequently I'm sad and cry. I don't trust people and isolated except for work.
Someone said it's called "highly sensitive"
But I need help managing these emotions

It can also be bpd. Dialectical behavior therapy helps a lot with that. You can get the workbooks online if you can’t find a source ne’er you.
