Hey guys
 Chronic Condition and Disabilities will MERGE with Chronic Pain Group, So if you have any of these conditions then please feel free to come and listen or offer support or even talk yourself...Just remember chat guidelines but with those guidelines you can talk  Hopefully by adding more ppl  the Support Group will evolve better and help more ppl.
