I need HELP and I have a ?

Has anyone just woken up with what feels like a "center block" was smashed on my hands. The finger tips hurt and throb as if a "center block" smashed on my hands. anyone know?

(((Crew))) You mean like a concrete or cement block? Numbness and or tingling pain in the fingers can come from a few sources...only your doctor can search it out with you. Sometimes in women, heart disease can manifest into the arm and hands. Lying on your side, on your arm, or your hand, such as folding your hand up under your head in the pillow etc, can cut the circulation off and cause this. If you "fist" while you sleep, meaning that you clench your fist like you were to punch someone, held for hours will cause this.

Most of those have easy solutions...but if it happens often, I would see out the cause.

Hi, have you heard of carpal tunnel syndrome? I know it can be very painful on your hands. You might want to look into that. Good luck!

You know who i am, so of course the first thing i think of is spine issues causing weakness and pain into arms and legs, and its more entense into specific fingers dependng on the levels of the neck inolved....well i hope its only temporary in your case , hugs and hope for your pain to reslove and go away
