Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has ever had to deal with muscle adhesions and squishy nodules in the muscle fibers that are painful to touch in thier back?
As a result of an injury 4 years ago I have developed these and am wondering what the best treatement option is. Right now I am in a special physical therapy to have them rubbed out through friction, but it is a very painful process. Any help would be appreciated.
Fondly
Blaze

I'm not familiar with touchable adhesions. . .

Doesn't sound fun!

Good luck and keep us updated.
