For me stretching can be excruciating. I have bone on bone OA in my knees and fibro/possibly Dercum's in my upper body and arms. When I stretch I feel like everything is popping out of place and won't go back in. I see my GP today - hope the appt goes well.

yes and no... depends on my pain level. If I'm having low to moderate pain stretching will help. Jst getting up and moving around helps. When the pain is bad there's nothing I've found that helps.
