I've always been prone to high blood pressure but I have finally worked out that my blood pressure goes down to a normal level if I take pain relief for the chronic pain I have from my arthritis. Pain = higher blood pressure. So the lesson from this is to make sure I take my pain relief!

Listen to what I'm saying Pegs, you do not have to put up with the constant pain.

Hi Pegasus. I'm sorry you are dealing with chronic pain. I went through that many years ago when I had my back surgery. I had a spinal fusion, and the chronic pain is pretty much gone. I still have some minor pain that I take Ibuprofen. I hope you can manage your pain better. You deserve that much. Take care.

Sincerely,

Piraeus
