sorry, I'm just moaning I know, but usually I am pretty good at ignoring the constant pain in my back, joints and hands, but lately even with maximum dose of meds, TENS machine and heated under blanket on my bed I can't seem to ignore it for even a minute. I think it is because the weather has turned colder this past week after a good summer. I am fed up already and the long freezing cold winter has not even started!
I would love to be able to hibernate like a hedgehog, but need to go out shopping, and to stay sane if nothing else.

So sorry, yellowted. I hope your pain will get better soon. I've noticed mine gets worse with bad weather, too. Is there any way you can go to or even move to a better climate?

Hi there I was thinking the same I'm dreading winter as I'm in alot of pain now.
Been over 10 years now where I haven't had one pain-free day and I'm so fed up with it.
I feel like I'm existing not living if that makes sense?
You want to go outdoors as staying home drives you nuts but then your in so much pain whilst out and for days afterwards, it's so frustrating!!!
Take care

J

Maybe you should both move to Texas, it's only 95 here today. Sorry just had to make that joke.

I know it must be really hard to live with fulltime pain. My mother did. She had RA and suffered for years with it. I watched suffer in mostly silence, she inisted on doing everything for herself and my dad.

I hope both of you get to feeling better.
