Hi everyone. I have tried almost all meds available for fibro with little to no success. I recently tapered off of Cymbalta (been about three weeks now) & have a titration pack of Savella to start. I'm super sensitive to meds & always wind up with some kind(s) of side effects from them. This makes me very nervous but I hate the pain. I have issue with using pain meds & muscle relaxers so I try and avoid them & only use when I feel desperate.
I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with Savella? I haven't decided yet if I'm going to begin the regimen & am looking for opinions. Thanks in advance. ![]()

Hi beeutterfly. It's nice to meet you. I have never tried Savella. My mom takes nuerotin.
Both of us, my mom and I suffer from chronic pain. It's definitely no picnic. I hope the new meds help you. Some times you just have to try different things to get the best results. Sincerely, Piraeus

I have a friend who takes Savella, and she is happy with it.
