Hi,

I also put this in another forum. The book I'm reading is a form of healing for chronic pain that goes beyond meds and doctor's help.

I'm going to check this out. Like The Skeezyks I like Kabat-Zinn's work. I have one of his mindfulness CDs.

I downloaded the mindfulness smart phone app. I also have self guided meditation apps to listen to with ear buds when I can't sleep.
