My back is constant pain--24/7--in the upper left side and left clavicle and sometimes my neck. The pain levels very all the time, sometimes down to a 1, with it more of a mild irritation. But lately, it's been excruciating. I feel like it's more of a fracture lately, and it's even been getting numb and tingling in that area and I've been having muscles in that area a lot also.

I've found urgent care to be a huge waste of money for non emergencies. Have you tried going to your primary doctor? ask for a specialist and or MRI

I've gone to my doctor many times about this and he just tells me to do stretches.

I'd insist on a referral to physical therapy, or find another doctor willing to do so. You're in pain and he isn't doing anything!

Well, he did at one time refer me to physical therapy, but I could only do six sessions because that's all Medicaid would cover. And I ended up in more pain than when I started.

I'm not familiar with medicaid, but can the PTs push for more time? That's ridiculous.

Medicaid won't pay for more than that.
