hello

my doc think i may have fybro , i do but also maybe myalgic enecephalomyalitis.
and i think ive had it for years

apart from myself having all the associated symptoms, ive for the last 1and half years have like an itchy crawly sensation below left eye , thats always in the same place and other itchy spots around face, ive read about enecphalo types , and this can be a symptom?

anyone know ?

Hi Berthegel, I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. My doctor has told me that chronic fatigue (myalgic encephalomyelitis) and fibromyalgia are two sides of the same illness. IDK if this is still considered correct; he told me this a few years ago. I also have schizoaffective d/o and made the decision a long time ago to not research fibro. The number of conspiracy theories out there was too triggering for me. I, too, get the itching and tingling. I've been chalking it up to the nerve impingement I have from advanced degenerative disk disease. I'll have to remember to ask my doctor when I see him in October. Thanks for the info.

It's not surprising that it's taken so long for a diagnosis.

There's been a lot of real research since the last time I looked for info, so I have no up-to-date info. I saw that your question wasn't answered and I wanted to make sure you know that someone cares.

the hummingbird site .M.E says M.E is distinct from fybro , in that exercise is supposed to help fybro, but not M.E
