Cellulitis...lymphoedema...complex regional pain syndrome...all diagnoses' I have gotten in the past week. My leg is in SO MUCH PAIN...I can't see an infectious disease specialist until Nov. 2nd...I can't be on narcotic pain medication...the pain specialist can't see me until March..my family thinks I'm bluffing or something, that it's not as bad as it is... it's such a struggle to get up every morning. Such a struggle to walk. Such a struggle to participate in normal daily activities. Such a struggle to just be myself...to be happy. This pain makes me so angry. I want it to go away. I want to cry. I just want to cry.

I know how it feels when even your own family thinks that you are lying about how you feel. I also know how it feels when you feel hopeless with your pain, so all you really want to do is just cry. It's okay.
Maybe when you see the pain specialist they will prescribe you something that alleviates the pain. I know, the waiting game is never fun to play, but sometimes it is worth it.
Have you tried any at home remedies to help curve the pain? Never hurts to try sometimes.
