I'm wondering what everyone uses for pain relief for fibromyalgia? I recently changed my rheumatologists and he won't do anything for my pain until he receives all my previous tests that were done. I been in pain on and off since 2011 and didn't know how come. This new dr seems to be more knowledgeable. For pain I usually use warm soaks and heating pads, but sometimes that don't even work. I'm not allowed to take ibuprofen since I'm on diclofenac and tylenol don't do much for my pain. I'm asking since my pain has been worse this last week since I been literally out doing a lot every day. I try to limit myself, but last week I had a lot going on. Thanks in advance

Hi Berry,

Ask for mobic. It takes a while to work, but it really helps. I hope this gives you some hope.
