My skeletal and muscular system is a mess; disks, pinched nerves, spraining, joints, curvature. Tried the chiropractor today. He's having me come back tomorrow. Anybody have any pointers?

I've never seen a chiropractor myself. However in my professional life, years ago, I used to have quite a bit of contact with chiropractors. Unfortunately I can't say it was all that positive. But that's just my one-sided perspective. Good luck with your treatments!

I have been to Chiropractors for YEARS. It did help me to continue working while in pain and to deal with the pain. But it never made the pain go away. After a while i found out i have arthritus so bad and fibromialga that i can no longer use a chiropractor. It is temporary relief doing further damage. It breaks off the calcium deposits which stick in the vertabreas causing more pain. excuse the spelling here. i am saying use it if in excessive pain, but walking stretches and helps the most. secondly stay away from cortozone shots, they over time make the bones soft and exasperate the deteriation of the spine and bones. It is medication, doctors, exercise, diet, and therapy for a balanced coping to live in pain. I am there, i understand. (((hugs))) You are not alone, tc
