I read about this stuff on-line. It is supposed to help with fibromyalgia type pain. I'm just wondering if anyone here has experience with it? I got some for my wife but she did not like the taste. It must be taken for three weeks or more to work. I started taking it and it has improved my pain level and increased my energy levels quite a bit. I bought the bulk powder and put it in my morning cereal or the milk. I can't taste it myself. Just wondering,

Thanks for this!

Yes, I have used D-Ribose and I find it beneficial. I had used it for 3 years. I ran out and had forgotten to re-stock. Thanks for the reminder.

FWIW: I use the Jarrow brand and mix it with water. Tastes fine to me.
