I have been suffering severe athralgia due to hormone therapy treatment for twelve months. Other causes for the joint pain have been ruled out, and I have been told to try glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate supplements, fish oil, and ibuprofen or paracetmol as needed. I am just going around in circles.
Has anyone had success in managing bone/joint pain to a point where it no longer controls your life? What helped? Or do you know of anyone else? I would be very grateful for any advice. Also, I am open hearing about other pain management suggestions - be it western or eastern. Thank you. |
